How Do I Get A Price Quickly?
Use the quote builder to select equipment and send an itemised quote request. Or message us your brief and we’ll recommend a suitable setup.
What Details Do You Need To Quote Accurately?
Event date, venue, event type, guest count, timings (access/start/finish), and any must-haves (mics, uplighting, DJ/band, screens).
Are Prices Fixed Once I Submit?
Your request is itemised, and we’ll confirm it based on the final brief, timings and logistics. If anything needs adjusting, you’ll see it clearly before booking.
How Far In Advance Should I Book?
Popular weekends go quickly. If your date is fixed, send the request early so the right equipment and crew can be allocated.

Delivery & Setup

Do You Deliver UK-Wide?
Yes. Delivery/collection options and timing depend on location, access and the equipment list.
How Long Does Setup Take?
It varies by event. We’ll confirm the required setup window and access needs as part of your quote.
Do You Provide Technicians?
Yes. Dry hire can be equipment-only, or we can supply technicians for setup, operation and pack-down.
Can You Work With Our Planner / Venue / DJ / Band?
Yes. We’ll coordinate timings, stage plots, power requirements and venue rules so the day runs smoothly.

What Equipment Do You Supply?
Lighting, audio (speeches/DJ/band), screens/playback, staging and event accessories—plus dry hire and venue installs.
Can You Match A Specific Look Or Vibe?
Yes. Share reference images or a mood and we’ll build lighting that suits your space and key moments.
Do You Offer Screens, Projection and Playback?
Yes. We can supply screens/TVs or projection, and run content playback for presentations or videos.
Do You Offer Special Effects?
Where permitted. Options can include haze, CO₂ and confetti, subject to venue approval and safe operating space.

Safety & Compliance

Can We Run Late Or Turn It Up?
We work to your schedule and the venue licence. If there are noise limits or finish times, we’ll plan around them and keep the atmosphere strong.
What Power Do You Need?
Most events run from standard venue supplies. Larger systems may need dedicated circuits—confirmed once the equipment list is agreed.
Is Your Equipment Tested & Insured?
Yes. Professional kit that’s maintained and tested, with appropriate insurance for event work.
Do You Do Venue Installs?
Yes. Installations are planned and quoted separately, including cabling, control, safety and handover.
